Intellectual Property

All content created by The Night Crew (including but not limited to designs, content, reports) remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use the services for your business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding month.
